Today the Boston Red Sox host the Tampa Bay Rays in the Patriot Day game. This game coincides with the start of the annual Boston Marathon.
John Lackey starts for Boston in one of the earliest starting times ever. Jeff Niemann gets the start for Tampa Bay.
